Sharing your Company Profile

If you have created a profile to share with the world, the first place you may want to start is by sharing your profile with your existing contacts. Sending your contacts an email about your new profile is a great way to keep them connected with your business. You can send your profile email message when you initially create your profile in the profile settings, after you have created your profile from the profile tab, and immediately after you import new contacts.

To share your profile when setting up your profile:

  1. Complete your Profile Settings, then scroll to the bottom of the profile page.

If you have already added contacts to your WorkingPoint account, there will be a section at the bottom of the page titled, "Email Your Contacts About Your Profile".

  1. Select your contacts and craft your message.

    1. Recipients: Choose, from your contacts, whom you would like to receive your email. Check the "Send me a copy at [your email address]" to receive a copy of the email for your records.

    2. Subject: We have pre-populated the subject for you but you can change it.

    3. Message: We have pre-populated the email message with your profile URL but you can add your own message to it.

  2. Click Save Changes.


To share your profile from the Profile tab (after saving your profile):

  1. Click the Profile tab.

  2. In the right-hand sidebar, click Select contacts & send email link.

  3. Select your contacts and craft your message.

    1. Recipients: Choose, from your contacts, whom you would like to receive your email. Check the "Send me a copy at [your email address]" to receive a copy of the email for your records.

    2. Subject: We have pre-populated the subject for you but you can change it.

    3. Message: We have pre-populated the email message with your profile URL but you can add your own message to it.

  4. Click Save Changes.


To share your existing profile after importing your contacts:

  1. Immediately after import, click Select Contacts & Send Message.

If you haven't created a profile, at the time you import your contacts, you'll be given a link to create a profile at that time.

  1. Select your contacts and craft your message.

    1. Recipients: Choose, from your contacts, whom you would like to receive your email. Check the "Send me a copy at [your email address]" to receive a copy of the email for your records.

    2. Subject: We have pre-populated the subject for you but you can change it.

    3. Message: We have pre-populated the email message with your profile URL but you can add your own message to it.

  2. Click Send Message.
