My credit card was lost/stolen and I am waiting for a new one. Can you hold off charging my card?
Our system is automated so when it tries so many times and fails to charge a valid Visa or Mastercard (our only accepted forms of payment at this time), the system will suspend your account. But you can easily reactivate it once you get your new card. Here's how:
To reactivate your account:
1.Log in to your account. You will be directed to the Manage Account section and the Account Suspended message will appear.
2. Click the Update your billing information now link in the message or scroll down and click Change billing information.
3. On the Billing Information page, update the credit card on file or enter a new card.
You'll need to re-enter your Credit Card's security code before saving any changes.
4. Click Save Billing Info or Save Changes.
