Premium Feature: This is a premium feature and not available on all plans. To access this feature, please upgrade to a supporting plan.
WorkingPoint can help you get paid faster by making it easier for customers to pay you with PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can send your customer a PayPal link on their invoice. When a customer clicks the link, they will be directed to PayPal to make their payment.
To set up your WorkingPoint account to receive invoice payments with PayPal:
Click the Settings link at the top of the page, then click Manage Apps.
On the Manage Apps page, scroll down until you see the PayPal Payments section.
Enter your PayPal Account Email address.
This is the email address you use to log in to your PayPal account. Your PayPal account email address establishes the connection between your WorkingPoint and PayPal accounts.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to sign up for a PayPal account before configuring your WorkingPoint account to receive payments from PayPal.
Check the Invoice Email Link checkbox to include a link to pay with PayPal in the message when you email invoices to your customers.
Check the Invoice PDF Button checkbox to include the PayPal button (shown below) on the PDF invoices you email to your customers. Customers can click the button and pay the invoice.
Click Save Changes.
(Recommended) Test your PayPal Account Email to ensure that you have entered your PayPal Account Email correctly.
To test your PayPal connection:
Click Test PayPal Connection to access the test window.
Click Test Now.
WorkingPoint will send a test invoice for $1.00 to PayPal so you can confirm that we are connecting to your PayPal account.
When the PayPal page loads, make sure that the name that appears as the "store" is what you expect. It may be your company name, or it may be the email address you provided to PayPal (if you haven't given them your company name).
Note: You can view your PayPal account balance in WorkingPoint by connecting your PayPal account to the WorkingPoint account you use to track its activity.
